We retain account records for the period required by applicable Indian law and our own risk-management obligations, as set out in the Terms. After that period, records are securely deleted or anonymised on a rolling schedule.

These Terms apply to any person who accesses g00.club and creates an account, subject to local law in their region of India. If the law in your specific state or territory restricts this kind of platform, the Terms cannot override that restriction and you should not proceed.

We reserve the right to update any clause, but we will post a clear notice on g00.club before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any change counts as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If your account is suspended under these Terms, any cleared balance held in your g00 wallet remains yours. We will process a return to your verified UPI or Paytm source after completing the account review, usually within five working days.

Email our data team from your registered address and quote your account username. We will compile a readable record of the data we hold — name, contact details, transaction history — and send it within 30 calendar days as required by the Terms.

No. The Terms strictly permit one account per person. Duplicate accounts detected by our systems will be merged or closed, and any balance in a secondary account may be withheld pending identity verification to confirm no fraudulent intent.

Disputes are subject to the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction within India. Where local law allows, we prefer to resolve disagreements through direct negotiation before any formal legal process; our support team is the first point of contact for any dispute.

Submit a written closure request via email or live chat. Once identity is confirmed, we process any outstanding withdrawal to your PhonePe or bank account, then permanently close the account within seven working days as set out in the Terms.
