Account Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes; we never hold them in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available for your account and we recommend enabling it, particularly if you transact via UPI or Paytm.

Payment Data Handling

We do not store your UPI VPA, Paytm wallet credentials, or PhonePe PIN on our servers. Payment tokenisation is handled by the respective provider, and only a masked reference is visible on your account statement.

Right to Access

You can request a full export of the personal data we hold about your account. Submit the request from the Help Centre and we will prepare and deliver your data file within seven working days.
